Age of Consent

By ordering from Love to play LTD you are consenting to the fact that you are of legal age, 18 years and above. If we find that you are not of legal age, we are intitled to cancel your order. Please contact details@lovetoplay.online if you believe an order has been placed by any persons under 18 years of age.

Complaints and compliments

Please raise any compliments or complaints to details@lovetoplay.online and someone will contact yourself within five working days.

Delivery

Love To play will post your parcel via the Royal Mail within three days of your order, please allow up to 3-7 working days once posted. Sundays and Bank Holidays are excluded in delivery and dispatch days.

Changes to our Policy

We have the right to update our Policy from time to time. Any changes we make to our Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by post or email. Please check policy’s when purchasing from love to play.

Returns

We offer a 28 returns policy for items which are unwanted, that are in the original unopened packaging, 28 days from invoice date. A refund will only be intitled if original receipt is obtained, this does not include bank statements. The items must not have been used and must be within original, unopened packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and labels and tags still attached. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons all items cannot be returned once opened.

If an item is faulty

We offer a 35 returns policy for items that are faulty, please package as best as possible with previous packaging if still obtained. A return will only be intitled if original receipt is obtained, this does not include bank statements, if receipt was not kept we would be exchange items. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after 30 days. Please ensure you have followed the operational instructions correctly before returning.

If a receipt is not present an exchange would have to take place.

Confidentiality and GDPR​

All personal details are treated with the strictest of confidentiality and would only be used for marketing with the person’s consent. We also use cookies or similar technologies to store certain types of information each time you use our site.

Fraud Prevention

Love to play takes fraud very seriously and we do everything in our power to prevent fraud from occurring. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed on to fraud prevention agencies.

Love to play has fraud prevention software services that we use in order to prevent fraudulent purchases and practices, these are in place to protect both the customer and Love to play.

​

Liability

Love to play is not liable for any issues caused by products bought, products are novelty items and not to be used if pain or irritation is made.
